Budget Planner for New Builds or Renovations
Suitable for use with any of the selection schedule planners or as a stand alone document.
Budget has never been more important than it is in the current climate. If a fixed contract is going to vary it is because of these allowances within your contract. Has your builder listed the allowances in your fixed building contract for your PC items (Prime Cost) OR PS Items (Provisional Sums)? If not, it is up to you to be aware of them. ASK your builder to show you if they haven’t to date.
Our simple budget document allows you to record your builders allowance against your actually spend so you know exactly where you stand financially. If it’s RED text (minus) in the difference column, you owe the builder. It is it black text, its a credit to you. These differences are “usually” finalised at the completion of the job, BUT check with YOUR builder on how they do it.
It is a single sheet that allows you to save multiple sheets in relation to the different allowance. For example, Save As ensuite or bathroom or kitchen joinery. A video comes with your download to help explain this.
TAKE IT SHOPPING….You might like to purchase the Budget Planner to help your decision making as you are “window shopping”! Punch the numbers as you go, so you can be confident of where your money is being spent.
If you don’t know what PC means or the difference to PS Sums, than download our FREE Jargon Solution document.
